1. Service scope
Property Intelligence Hub is a guided building-inspection workflow. It helps collect and structure user-provided information and may produce automated, evidence-linked summaries.
The service is not an expert opinion, technical diagnosis, safety confirmation, compliance assessment, or confirmation of repair scope or cost. Engage a qualified professional where needed.
2. Your responsibilities and data
You are responsible for having the right to enter or upload any data, photos, and documents you use. Do not provide personal data, security or access codes, or other sensitive information without a clear need and lawful basis.
If you choose to transfer a completed interview to Property Intelligence Hub, the transfer may include the inspection summary, answers, registry data when present, structured analysis, and all reduced photo previews attached to the card (up to 40) for your account.
3. Availability and liability
Service features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. Tehumiin OÜ does not guarantee that automated output is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Changes and governing law
Tehumiin OÜ may update these terms as the service develops by publishing a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except for mandatory consumer-protection rules that cannot be excluded.
