1. Data we process
The ChatGPT interview processes your answers, basic data for the Building Register record you select, and reduced photo previews attached to the card. After your explicit transfer command, the Hub may store that data, structured analysis, and the technical summary as a record linked to your ChatGPT account. Do not enter personal names, contact details, or security or access codes.
2. Purposes and recipients
Data is used to run the inspection workflow, resume an unfinished interview, prepare a summary and conservative analysis, and store it in the Hub when you choose. Answers and photos are processed by ChatGPT under your account settings and by the Property Intelligence Hub hosting services. An address is sent to the Estonian Building Register only when you choose a live-data search. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
3. Retention and your choices
An unfinished interview may remain in browser storage for this chat for up to seven days; photos are not stored there. The interview server does not retain a separate session copy. A Hub record remains until you delete it using the record's delete control or ask support to remove it. ChatGPT conversation retention and deletion are controlled by your ChatGPT account settings.
4. Access, deletion, and contact
Hub records are linked to your signed-in ChatGPT account. You can open and delete a record in the Hub. For privacy questions or deletion assistance, contact viljar@login.ee.
